Bridge Ukraine is looking for a specialists who will work in a team of .Net programmers. You will make a trip to the Netherlands and work in a dedicated team in our Odessa office, directly managed by our client Sigmax from the Netherlands (about 100 people). The team is working on state of the art .Net and mobile technologies.
Candidate profile
We are looking for a candidate with a very strong object oriented mindset. You have strong analytical and problem solving skills. You are pro-active, show initiative and you are interested in using and bringing technological innovations. You have good social and communication skills which you apply to lead your team effectively. Candidate requirements Technological experience: 5+ years in object oriented technology (preferably .net) Experience in other technologies: SQL databases, webservices/synchronization, pda’s Framework experience: Strong knowledge of OO Academic background: University degree Level of English: Fluent in both speaking and writing Preferred starting date: As soon as possible Job description As a leader of the Sigmax team, you work on developing functional and technical designs for mobile software systems together with the business consultant (located in the Netherlands). You translate customer requirements to efficient software architectures to reach the end goal: a solution that perfectly matches the customer processes. You make sure that your team gets a basis with a clear structure and you distribute tasks among the team members using a balance in freedom versus control. You report to the project leader in the Netherlands who communicates with the customer. You frequently co-develop the software. The mobile applications we develop are PDA applications, backoffice databases and web applications in which large quantities of data are made available. Together with your colleagues in Odessa and the Netherlands, you develop top products using the SCRUM methodology. You will also travel to the Netherlands.
